We ship from Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States.
Rates
- Canada: $12 tracked shipping, free on orders over $150
- United States: $18 tracked shipping, free on orders over $200
- All prices in Canadian dollars
Processing and delivery
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Typical delivery times after shipping are 2–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Customs and duties
Orders to the United States are international shipments. Any duties, taxes or customs delays are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking stops updating for 10 business days or your parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
